This villa is located in Elviria close to Hotel Don Carlos, the English International School, the German school and the Costa del Sol Hospital. The local beach is Golden Beach.
The house is in a 1000 m. plot. It has 4 double bedrooms and three bathrooms. Two lounges. A few terraces. A barbacue area, a large swimming pool and fruit trees at the bottom of the plot. Ideal for people who like to relax in a quiet countryside setting.
It is available from the 4th August until 15th of August and then from the 25th August onwards.
The price short term is €1200 per week. Long term €1600 per month.
